About
Meet the People Working to Change the History of Health
The Global Impact Lab is powered by a global team of researchers, clinicians, engineers, and students, led by Dr. Gregory Valentine. Our team spans faculty and students at the University of Washington across engineering, neonatology, obstetrics and gynecology, and dentistry, alongside partners at institutions like Duke, Baylor College of Medicine, and the World Health Organization, and research teams on the ground in Malawi and Ethiopia. Together, we’re united by collaboration, mentorship, and innovation in pursuit of healthier outcomes for mothers and children everywhere.
